Let's do it as part of a release (sometime in June, methinks).  We  
should also think about setting up a nightly build on Hudson.  It's  
pretty easy to do.  We need to keep separate release docs from nightly  
docs.  Nightly docs should not be prominent at all (listed under dev  
resources).
