The confluence 4.0 migration broke our style sheets on the confluence web
site. Other projects have been advised to remove all fanciness from the
styling and then re-add whatever is necessary.

Just to let you know, the Apache Mahout website (Confluence pages) seems to
be corrupted, for example check

So this might be why I'm even unable to find any login button to it maybe. Does anyone remember where the styles for our confluence live?
