[site] Missing binary downloads

Additionally (to the source email), there seem to be a bunch of
taglibs that just have empty directories for their binary downloads:

BSF
Cache
I18N
Input
IO
JMStags
JNDI
Scrape
Ultradev4
Utility (deprecated)
XTags

Is this a known problem? Did we lose them somehow in the move to
mirroring a year or so back?

Yeah, I think that's right. Been a bit too long since I did any
Taglibs bits that it had all gotten murky.

I'll put links to the nightly downloads for all the other Taglibs.

I'm not really sure what the release history is for those taglibs. I just
assumed that they'd never officially reached a "1.0" version and have pointed
people at http://cvs.apache.org/builds/jakarta-taglibs/nightly/projects/ for
downloading nightlies.
