use createtmplt.sh to preseed the system VM template for Hyper-V.
When command runs, it complains about the isCifs parameter

E.g.
# Pre-seed the system VM template, because it is not enough to insert it into the database
./client/target/generated-webapp/WEB-INF/classes/scripts/storage/secondary/cloud-install-sys-tmplt -m /mnt/qc_secondary -u http://10.70.176.4/pub/systemvmtemplate-hyper-v-20131205.vhd -h hyperv -F -o localhost

... runs, but generates following text:

File ./client/target/generated-webapp/WEB-INF/classes/scripts/storage/secondary/999d9e4b-27b8-472c-a2b2-220e719c39f0.vhd does not appear to be compressed
./client/target/generated-webapp/WEB-INF/classes/scripts/storage/secondary/createtmplt.sh: line 207: [: isCifs: integer expression expected
