When placing fo:basic-link elements in separate columns of nested tables, the
corresponding linked areas in PDF-output are not rendered on top of the linked
texts as expected, but horizontally moved to the left, overlapping each other.

Confirmed. The bug does not exist in the latest release (0.91beta).

The incorrect positioning of link hotspots in FOP 0.20.5 is a known bug. 
Development of the old maintenance code was frozen long ago, so this bug will 
not be fixed there. I believe the bug doesn't exist in FOP's latest release 
0.91beta. So, if possible please upgrade.
