Just to not hijack the vote thread, here's another comment thread.
I took a loot at the openejb-builder-2.3-incubating-sources.jar and
there's a file - .staleFlag. What is it for?

BTW please continue to review and vote. This is a single source jar
and I can fix it without having to rebuild everything.

Also, there's no DISCLAIMER.txt file in
openejb-builder-2.3-incubating-sources.jar whereas there's one in
openejb-builder-2.3-incubating.jar.

.staleFlag is a mvn thingy, I forget which plugin makes that. Its
harmless.
