   大佬，您好：
   
   1. global.limit配置针对单台微服务实例的，不是对微服务集群中的所有服务的吧，即每台服务实例都是自己实现流控？？？
   
   例如：A项目会部署10台机器，每台机器部署一个serviceA。若服务流控总量是A，那每台机器（实例）的流控限额就是A/10左右。
   因为注册中心有负载均衡，请求会发送到不同机器上。
   
   
   2.在确认一下：Provider配置是不是对调用方的服务流控，而不是对调用方的实例流控？？
