ezmlm problems?

I seem to be having trouble getting various ezmlm commands like
general-index, general-get and general-thread to work. No matter what I
send all I get back is the generic help (general-help) message, together
with the headers from the message I sent.

Is this user error or is something not right on the server side?

no, it does not. i don't see anything wrong with the list config,
so i've notified the experts. :-)

Oops, you're right, but that's a typo I made in this email, not in the
commands I sent to ezmlm.

Does general-index.2350_2354@incubator.apache.org work for you? It
doesn't for me.

Does general-get.2350_2354@incubator.apache.org work for you? All I get
back is a single message (the first one in the range).

I can forward the response I'm getting back, if you think that would help.

the format is general-get.1_1000 -- an underscore, not a dash.

A minor correction, it seems that *-get works when requesting a
single message, (e.g., general-get.2354@incubator.apache.org), but not for
a range (e.g., general-get.2354-2356@incubator.apache.org). *-index and
*-thread don't seem to work at all, either for a single message or for a
range. The automated response claims this is not a command the system
recognizes.
