Thumbnail's selection rectangle problem

Hi All,

I am trying to select certain area in SVG document using selection rectangle 
in thumbnail window. But after released the mouse, it is again going to 
initial position. If anyone knows it, please explain the reason.

This same is happening in Squiggle browser as well.
