[OT] Which technology stack would you use

Hello,

I will have to evaluate a wide technology stack/frameworks to develop
something like http://www.pageflakes.com/.

In short - the goal is customizable, portlet-like, CMS enabled site. Do you
see Tapestry (4 or 5) in this picture?
