Unit tests: OK (Java 7u80, 8u172 x all connectors) (32-bit, Windows 10)

Smoke tests:
When running with a SecurityManager I see
https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=62350
Amending catalina.policy file fixes this issue. Not a show-stopper.
