   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   In the config update interface, the current implementation in be can not check config when it has been updated.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Config like this:
   CONF_Update_Check (config,   check_function)
   Before the config is really updated, we can use the check_function to check the modifed value.
