[PATCH] Apache 1.3.7 for BeOS

BeOS has some problems with sockets not being fd's and so far this has meant
that no version of Apache 1.3 would work for BeOS.  I've hacked about to get
Apache 1.3.7 to work using httpd -X and here is the patch to allow it.  The
ifdef's in http_main  make_sock aren't ideal and other suggestions welcome.
