New Spring & OJB version

Hi all,

Is it not the good time to migrate to OJB 1.4 (containing a full derby
support) and a more recent Spring release (1.2.4+). If needed, I can
work on that - let me know !
This will help us to add our Graffito JCR support into J2.

I'd stay clear of it in 2.0.1, as it is supposed to be a maintenance release
with bug fixes only.

a 2.1 release, with other improvements, looks like the right place to do it.
