As I understand it, the mradmin command doesn't apply in mrv2.  The closest equivalent is the yarn rmadmin command.  Also the tasktracker and jobtracker commands don't make sense in mrv2.  Shall we just remove these commands from the help message and potentially point people towards the yarn shell command if they try to use them?

As for the ant-generated jar that does contain the mradmin, I believe that jar was generated for some legacy MR tests that haven't been ported to mrv2 yet.  I don't think that jar is intended to be released with the distribution.
