Mostly at @jdeppe-pivotal but anyone else who might know:

It's still not entirely clear to me what our consumption of the `gradle-dockerized-test` plugin is / how it differs from the original source.  It was my impression that it relates to some of the docker-in-docker stuff in our CI pipeline.  If that's the case, then this precheckin should properly provide confidence that these changes aren't going to cause bad leaks in our main pipeline.

If that isn't the case, however, please direct me to what tests I should execute locally to promote confidence in this diff-set.
