[~olegk], No I don't observe the issue for entity enclosing requests. But it's not forbidden by the spec [1] to have a body in a GET request. Therefore they may be cases of someone trying to send GET requests with a body. Either way, since this causes a CPU spinning condition it seems we need to fix this.
