[jira] Created: (INFRA-1418) Cannot view https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-1417 - PERMISSION VIOLATION

Cannot view https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-1417 - PERMISSION VIOLATION
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-1418
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-1418
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
            Reporter: Sebb

If I try to access https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-1417, I get PERMISSION VIOLATION

The JIRA mail message says that the issue is public, so I don't understand why I cannot see it.

1417 also does not appear in the recent issues list, which is at least consistent.

I can access other INFRA issues.

Gavin commented on INFRA-1418:
------------------------------

That issue is now non-public, I guess it may have been in the process of being changed while your were accessing it.
Is the message you get now an expected one for a non-public issue?

Sebb closed INFRA-1418.
-----------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Yes, I still see the Permission Violation.

The issue must have been marked private between me reading the e-mail and trying to access it...
