[ANNOUNCE] Apache NetBeans 31 Released

The Apache NetBeans team is pleased to announce that Apache NetBeans 31 was released on August 10, 2026.

Apache NetBeans is a Java-based IDE, Tooling Platform and Application Framework.

This is the third release of 2026 in our regular quarterly release schedule.

Community provided installers are listed on the main download page.
