jar docs

Could someone update the jar plugin site?  It's 7-8 months old now and
contains next to no docs at all.

I'm wary of pushing up the latest site since it has new goals and that 
traditionally causes confusions. Any thoughts on the best way to go 
about it?

I'd certainly like to see it get another release "real soon now" anyway.
