Application for contributor permission
Hi ,
I want to contribute to Apache Flink, and my JIRA ID is wuyanzu.
Would you please give me the contributor permission?

Hi jincheng sun,
I thought that I could take JIRA only after got the permission, and I want to help translate some docs to Chinese(some sub tasks in FLINK-11529, like FLINK-11605, FLINK-13109 ).
OK, I will apply for it when some JIRAs can be assigned to me.

Thanks for your confirmation, usually, the contributor permissions are authorized as needed. I have not found that you have created Flink-related JIRA, nor have found any relevant discussions about your participation(by your id). So which JIRAs do you want to take now, I appreciate it if you can list them? and then I can give you the contributor permission. :)
