richtextrun.isbullet() not working correctly

richtextrun.isbullet is not working correctly for many documents. For many ppt
files available on the net, this method doesn't work correctly. For example,
look at www.disccrs.org/reports/AAG-NSFUpdate-407.ppt and run hslf on this. More
than 90% of the bulleted richtextruns come out as false when
richtextrun.isbullet() is called on them. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
