inconsistent timestamp

Hi
I am importing data from oracle to hdfs using --query parameter and seeing
the incosistent timestamp for the same query on different cluster
on one  cluster I am able to see the timestamp value populated correctly
while on the second cluster the timestamp is incorrect.both the cluster are
in same timezone so I was wondering what else can change the timestamp
parameters.
