Indeed this JCP survey is linked to from Sun's site at

So at least they appear to be using XSLT 8-) to generate it, although
they're probably using the Microsoft implementation - tsk, tsk!  Kingbrown
appears to be a marketing research firm.  It is a little odd to send people
to a numeric IP address for this kind of thing though.
