excalibur.source.SourceException

Hi,

This exception overides printStackTrace to print the cause. This causes a bit 
of chaos in JDK1.4 that already overides the cause. The resulting stack 
traces can end up printing out the whole tree multiple times. Icky. Anyways I 
will fix it. If anyone objects feel free to revert.
