Butterfly status update

I have reached the first important milestone with Butterfly. I have 
been able to serve the browser an XML page, transformed with XSL-T and 
serialized as HTML. In order to reach this milestone, I've done alot of 
stupid things and cut  lots of corners, so now it's time to go back and 
make it pretty.

ant
./butterfly.sh servlet
surf to http://localhost:8888/index.html
