[Log4j] Wrong version of Scala API in documentation

This page: https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/maven-artifacts.html

instructs users to use version 2.10.0 of the Scala API, which is wrong,
it doesn't exist. It should be 11.0.

I have fixed it in Git master.

You can also directly fix the web site. See https://wiki.apache.org/logging/ManagingTheWebSite <https://wiki.apache.org/logging/ManagingTheWebSite>. You only need to check out the log4j directory and the specific version you want to modify.
