How to re-index only certain documents?

Hello,

we have custom transformation connectors to index from Documentum into Elasticserch. Due a bug in our connector some of the documents were indexed with wrong data. Is there a way how to reindex only affected documents?
I tried to reset seeding version but it didn’t help. There is 're-index all associated documents' option for output connection but I would like to be less invasive and re-index only a few affected documents. I was thinking about modifying JobQueue statuses. Is it the way to go or is there a better way?
