Still having exactly same problem (triggering graceful restart from command
line one by one causes segmentation fault in approximately 3 minutes). I am
using Plesk together with Zend Server, and it seems that they use this scenario
(multiple graceful restarts) for log rotation or something and my web server is
crashing 1-2 times a week.

Looks like no patch saved in 2.2.17 or it is not working now.
