[RESULT] [VOTE] GitHub integration

The week is over.
#1 and #3 passed, so I'll create the INFRA-ticket.

  Jan: Ant doesnt use Jira. But maybe Ivy+EasyAnt
  Stefan: Not directly involved in a subproject using JIRA.  If I was I'd
