I'm taking svn.collab.net offline for upgrade to 1.4.0-rc1 + BDB4.4
svn.collab.net's repositories will be inaccessible for a little while as I
upgrade to Subversion 1.4.0-rc1, and convert from the existing BDB version
to version 4.4.20.

Okay, after far too many compilations of Apache and Subversion, this should
all be worked out now.
