New Tomcat3.2beta3: Struts not in v3.2-beta-3/bin directory

I just noticed that 3.2beta3 is available. Is there some reason there
is no "struts" package in the new beta 3 directory? It's in the beta
2 directory. Perhaps I should just be patient ;) .

It looks like the person who put togther the 3.2b2 Tomcat distribution was being nice and
doing all the other Jakarta project packages as well.

Struts has *no* dependencies on Tomcat (any version). It is portable to any servlet container
that supports Servlet 2.2 and JSP 1.1, and has been reported to have been successfully used on
many servers (including Orion, Resin, WebLogic, JRun, ...). It (Struts) is also a topic that
I will be discussing during the "Sun Technical Briefing" at ApacheCon in London, if you happen
to be going.

Well, yes, but then it's a little confusing to see it on the beta2
list, but not on the beta3 list. The fact that there are several
packages in the "betaX" directories at all is probably a mistake,
since several of them probably don't have a direct dependency on the
version of tomcat.

Do the nightly builds of struts have ANY dependencies on either beta2
or beta3 of tomcat?

Nightly builds of Struts are available as a separate download (it is not part of
Tomcat):

Binary: http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-struts/nightly

Source: http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-struts/nightly/src

See the Struts project home page <http://jakarta.apache.org/struts> to stay up to
date on Struts.
