Link to JDK

I’ve created in Windows 10 a partition called E:, where I downloaded incubating-netbeans-10.0-bin, and jdk-11.0. Going to E:incuhating-netbeans10.-0-bin/netbeans/bin and running netbeans64 the JDK can’t be found. What to do? Thank, Paul
