Failing to get Jetspeed 1.4 to work with Jboss 4.0.0PR2

Anyone have any ideas how to get this working?  I get an out of memory error
from Jboss when I try to access Jetspeed.  I have renamed the castor.jar
files just in case and renamed/removed references to hsql.

I¹m not even sure which logs would be helpful to post parts of here....
