[jira] Closed: (JSPWIKI-604) Support Central Authentication System (CAS)

Andrew Jaquith closed JSPWIKI-604.
----------------------------------

       Resolution: Won't Fix
    Fix Version/s: 2.8.3

Sorry, this is not planned for the near-term future. JSPWiki will quite happily co-exist with a variety of filter-based and container-based authentication systems. But direct integration with CAS would be highly invasive to the existing code, and frankly we just don't have the developer cycles to spare to do it.

> Wikis are often used along with other web applications. Today you have to logon at every single application. To avoid this support for the Central Authentication System (CAS) would be useful.
