   Yep. I think there is often distinction between "Product Name" and "tool name" (deliberately written this way). So the naming is not often Random Case even if those are different (but sometimes indeed it is). So it can't be fixed automatically - you need to understand the context.
   
   As @mik-laj - I am happy to review PRs that you might come up with on that.
