user level customization of layout and decoration in jetspeed-2.1

Hi Friends,

I am using Jetspeed2.1.  I would like to know whether it is possible for a 
user to customize his layout and decoration overriding the default settings 
applicable to the entire portal ? When he logs in he should see his prefered 
look and feel. If possible how can it be done ?
