We need a connector for pushing data from Flume to Pulsar. This integration will allow producers to dump Flume data directly from logs into Pulsar instead of needing to go first to Kafka and then from Kafka to Pulsar (which some people might not be willing to do since sometimes the decision is Kafka vs Pulsar.)

After posting this, we just noticed that some progress has already been made with a Flume connector, as documented here: https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/io-flume-source/
and here: https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/next/io-flume-sink/
What's the status of them? Are they complete?
