Recreating https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/pull/8060 since I'm getting an error in the build that doesn't make sense and I can't repro — the build complain about multiple heads, but I doubled checked with `superset db heads`, `superset db history` and manually inspecting and there's just one head. I also recreated the migration script, but no luck.
