[I] Fix Decision retrieval from decision service inside DMNEventUtils [incubator-kie-issues]

   That [ticket](https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-drools/issues/6448) evidentiate a NPE when a given decision could not be found by id.
   
   This [PR](https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-drools/pull/6456) fixed the NPE itself, but did not address the root issue.
   
   At first analysis, it seem the problem lies in the fact that the following snippet
   
   `DecisionNode decisionNode = ((DMNResultImpl) event.getResult()).getModel().getDecisionById(id);`
   
   looks for the decision with given id in the current model.
   
   But if the `DecisionService` and the target `Decision` are defined inside an imported model, and the _ref id_ is not prefixed with the imported model namespace, then the target decision can't be found in the _importing_ model.
   
   Scope of the ticket is to verify the above, with same models used for [PR](https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-drools/pull/6456), and fix the beavior, so that the target decision could be found even if in imported model.
   Otherwise, throw an exception or log an error
