   At some places outdated module names are used. E.g.  in the cli intaller or READMEs.
   
   pipeline-elements-all-jvm is updated to extensions-all-jvm in the 'full' environment.
   
   
   ### How to reproduce?
   
   ```
   ./streampipes env -s full
   ./streampipes up -d
   ```
   
   
   ### Expected behavior
