StreamTask#recoverChannelsWithCheckpointing produces no log at all today: we cannot tell from
a TaskManager log whether checkpointing during recovery is enabled, nor how far the recovery
got.

Proposed:
* INFO when the feature is enabled.
* INFO/DEBUG on the transitions of the futures chain (fetching -> filtering -> draining).
