The EJB system control currently requires XMLBeans to assemble an EJB control.  All references are in the EBJControlAssembler class.  Replace these references with standard DOM tree for updating the xml files.

Updated EjbControlAssember class to remove XMLBeans dependencies.  Also updated build.xml file for ejb control to no longer gen Xmlbeans for use by EjbControlAssembler.

PATCH INSTRUCTIONS:

The BEEHIVE-931.diff file should be applied from the following directory:
<beehive>/trunk/system-controls/src/ejb

Add the new DOMUtils file to:
<beehive>/trunk/system-controls/src/ejb/org/apache/controls/system/ejb

Remove the schema dir and all of its schemas from:
<beehive>/trunk/system-controls/src/ejb/schema
