We will not build any control into the application about the number of
open screensharing windows the user did open at this moment.
All we could potentially do is to show an error if the user opens a
second instance of the screensharing that the user did already open
it.
However why should we? If a user wants to open screensharing and
recording in two different windows, why should we prevent somebody
from doing that?

2) do you have LDAP set? => No.I think that every one can reproduce this issue.
