That version has Outlook OST 2013 format support, unfortunatelly with a critical bug that causes missing thousands of emails: https://github.com/rjohnsondev/java-libpst/issues/60

So we decided to stay with an older version that throws an exception with OST 2013, this way the user can handle those files correctly with other tool, instead of missing lots of information silently.

As soon the bug is fixed, we can move.
