[PR] docs: link IDEA plugin page to Marketplace and GitHub releases [struts-site]
lukaszlenart opened a new pull request, #294:
URL: https://github.com/apache/struts-site/pull/294
## Summary
- Drop the outdated, hand-maintained Version notes section on `source/idea-plugin.md`
- Embed the JetBrains Marketplace card and install button for the [Apache Struts 2 plugin](https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/1698-apache-struts)
- Point readers to [apache/struts-intellij-plugin releases](https://github.com/apache/struts-intellij-plugin/releases) as the single source of truth for release notes
## Test plan
- [ ] Verify the page renders on staging (https://struts.staged.apache.org/idea-plugin)
- [ ] Confirm the Marketplace card and install iframe load correctly
