   It should same as the CI, you need to [build the plugin test tool](https://github.com/apache/skywalking-go/blob/main/.github/workflows/plugin-tests.yaml#L54) and [run the script](https://github.com/apache/skywalking-go/blob/main/.github/workflows/plugin-tests.yaml#L103).
