Thanks for the quick response.
I may be submitting another table issue soon - still testing. This one is
related to writing-mode='rl-tb' and table-cells with number-columns-spanned >
1.

please attach (1) a maximally minimal input FO test file; (2) the PDF output FO
produces for you when using that test file; (3) a console log (if relevant)
