Yes, on the Showcase Tags/UI Tags/UI Tags Example, I'm seeing the error report in IE 6 and FF with FireBug enabled.  The error is 

"Could not load 'dojo.event.connect'; last tried '__package__.js'" at dojo.js line 94 

On the UI Example, it's being raised twice. Through trial-and-error, I confirmed that it's raised once for optiontransferselect and once for the tooltip feature.
