    Port the node driver for Docker from @mgogoulos initial driver in Mist.IO
    
    TODO: 
    - [ ] Port initial driver code
    - [ ] Refactor with docstrings, method naming and project standards
    - [ ] Setup tests and fixtures
    - [ ] Update docs
